Common Sense. Common Ground.
I’m running for the West Virginia House of Delegates to focus on the issues families talk about every day.
Joe Jividen for West Virginia House of Delegates
PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST
Focused on What Matters at Home
Lower everyday costs
I’ll work to help families keep more of what they earn and expand access to affordable childcare.
Decisions closer to home
I believe our counties and communities should have a voice in the decisions that directly affect them.
Responsible government
I’ll fight for transparency, fiscal responsibility, and a government focused on results.
PUBLIC SERVICE OVER POLITICS
A Practical Approach to Public Service
I believe public service starts with listening, bringing people together, and finding practical solutions that improve people’s lives.
01
Strong Communities
I want to support families, protect local services, and create opportunities for good-paying jobs.
02
Better Government
I believe taxpayers deserve transparency, responsible spending, and accountability for every dollar.
03
Local Leadership
I trust local communities to understand what is best for their residents, taxpayers, and future.
Working Together for a Stronger West Virginia
Flood Preparedness
I believe we should invest in flood prevention before disaster strikes, from drainage and waterways to warning systems and emergency response.
Education
I’ll support our teachers, career and technical education, and greater accountability for how education dollars are spent.
Seniors & Veterans
I’ll work to help seniors remain independent and make sure veterans receive the benefits and care they have earned.

Where I Stand
Learn more about why I’m running and the priorities I’ll take with me to Charleston.
Why are you running?
I’m running because I believe government should focus less on political arguments and more on solving the problems families face every day.
What are your top priorities?
Supporting working families, strengthening education, restoring local control, improving flood preparedness, and making government more accountable.
Where do you stand on local control?
I support restoring authority to counties and municipalities, especially when major development decisions affect local taxpayers and communities.
What should government do differently?
Listen more. Spend responsibly. Operate transparently. And focus on results instead of headlines.
